Theme API? Web Inspector?

Just wandering if there was a theme API available outside of the
Sample.yaml and Sample.css files?

Also is there a way to enable the webkit inspector inside Limechat?
That would make theming much easier than trial and error using borders
and other 'indicators'.

Right click in a relatively busy channel window and select the copy as HTML command.
