U.S.ers: obama speech?

americans (or anyone interested in watching the shenanigans):

does anyone have an idea of how to watch the obabma speech tonight?? i
can't get the live stream option to work on the internet, and i
reeeeeally want to watch it. does this mean that i'd have to find a
TV at 3 in the morning to watch it? i'm feeling desperately left out
of the political process. i'll try and find an american flag lapel
pin and a blue tie to make myself feel better. let me know if anyone
has any plans or ideas.
