FÉDÉRATION EQUESTRE INTERNATIONALE

World Dressage Challenge: 2012

This is an exciting moment as the first FEI World Dressage Challenge is to take place in Malawi.

The international FEI Judges Peter Holler and Freddy Leyman will arrive on 02-06 of October with the Dressage Competition at Msamba Estate, Thondwe on October 4^th  Followed by a Dressage Clinic on October 5^th 2012.

Certain tests are ridden with required movements which ascertain the correct training of the horse. 

This competition is run on a global basis with travelling judges.  This gives riders in all Countries an opportunity to compete on their own horses.  In this way it reduces the costs of transporting animals and is designed to encourage and assist with the Development of Equestrian Sport in the Country.

Although this competition is run on a Global basis it will also be run as a MEF event with prizes accordingly.

We are therefore seeking local Sponsors to help with costs and prizes.   If you could help in any way please return in writing or contact a member of the Committee.
