Hi,

 

This is a great idea!  We will have around 30 schools visiting us for World Environment Week which starts on 5^th June.  It would be great if we could use this as part of one of our workshops and then they can take the brooms back to school. 

 

So, our appeal to Lilongwe Chat: if you have any bottles like this (it looks like the bottles will need to be ridgeless) then please drop them off at the Wildlife Centre before 5^th June.

Great idea for recycling!  Just don't over-sweep the dirt please - It causes so much erosion.  Consider if sweeping is the best option for the site you are thinking of sweeping, is there a better use for that site?  Some trees, grass, flowers, bushes (ideally for food, teas, medicines, etc.)?
