Fully-furnished House for Rent – Area 47, sector 4

We are American missionaries needing to go back to the USA for an
extended period of time. Our fully-furnished house is up for rent
while we are gone. It’s a 4-bedroomed house (2 ensuite), one large
bathroom, large sitting room, large fully-equipped kitchen and dining
room, with a clothes washer and dryer. There are nice beds (king,
queen, single) in 3 of the bedrooms. The other bedroom is used for an
office which includes a large desk, and lockable cabinet. There is a
gardener and 2 part-time housekeepers, with a large garden area. There
are also 2 loving German shepherds that keep watch at night.

We will be gone approximately 6-8 months and we can be a bit flexible.

The price of rent is $1050 payable in kwacha or dollars (transferable
stateside). The rent covers all salaries, electricity and water. A
security deposit is required for children. Please no pets.
