https://necol.net 现在支持 HTTPS 了，可以防止被关键词过滤封锁。速度会稍
慢。感觉这个服务商网络速度不是很快。
计划把 vbulletin 升级到最新版本，主要是要改进检索功能，并开设更多的功
能，比如 wordpress blog, gallery photo album，podcast 之类。
很想试验分布式 Blog BBS 的构想。网站服务器可以作为分布式 blog 的索引服务
器，超级节点。
