Subject: Motivational Affirmations for Staying On Track

Motivational affirmations are great for keeping you on track towards
reaching your goals. When there's so much coming at you every day it's
easy to get distracted by other things that are more appealing than
what you might be needing to do.
By choosing a few motivational affirmations that get you excited (or
at least really interested) you can remind yourself through the day of
your reason for doing what's needed.
You might also try choosing one or two motivational affirmations that
remind you to get moving because of what might happen if you don't get
your task done. It's usually best to keep your motivational
affirmations positive but everyone is different so choose whichever
works best for you.
It doesn't matter what you choose for your motivational affirmations
as long as it has real meaning for you and is something that sparks
enough emotion in you to get you moving in the direction you're
wanting to go. That's what turns ordinary affirmations into
motivational affirmations.
Make sure your motivational affirmations create a clear picture in
your mind of what you're wanting, a picture that you just can't
resist....
