The issue is that there's no parallel "sbt.bat" script in the directory.
 Not being a windows guy, I don't always put .bat files around... I'll open
a ticket and see what I can do.  In the mean time, you can take the sbt
file and convert it into an sbt.bat file, converting shell script stuff
into batch file stuff to get going.
