how to use CssBoundLiftScreen?

Hi,all

I saw some code snippet using CssBoundLiftScreen, seems it gives more control on the display of fields in LiftScreen, but I didn't found much documentation or example on how to use it. 

can some one give some hint on where can I found material about it?

thanks for the example.

after some experiment, FieldBinding now works perfectly for me.
