1.0.1 release plan

Barring any last-minute bugs, I'll be running the 1.0.1 release next Wednesday, August 26th. Please, no commits on the 1.0_maint branch after Sunday, August 23rd. Most likely, there will be no changes to 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT between now and next Wednesday, so feel free to test against 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT if you want. One thing to note is that 1.0.1 (and 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT) are compiled against 2.7.5, so be aware that you'll need to update your scala version in your project POM.
