Hi,

To make the naming in lift-openid more consistent, the following
changes have been pushed to master:

OpenIdVendor -> OpenIDVendor
OpenIdConsumer -> OpenIDConsumer
OpenIdObject -> OpenIDObject
SimpleOpenIdVendor -> SimpleOpenIDVendor

Also, the dependencies have been changed to avoid pulling in
unnecessary packages (such as Spring) Please let me know if this
causes any problems....
