**IMPORTANT** Lift 2.0 Milestone 2 is coming and it's time to test the SNAPSHOT in master

Folks,

Lift 2.0 Milestone 2 release is coming soon!

This also means the master would get 'slushy' by end of day today
(PST) !

Committers please:
- merge all branches for outstanding ticket to master (subject to RB
approval)
- associate corresponding tickets in Assembla to appropriate milestone
(Lift 2.0-M2)
- post your code for RB approval if you haven't done so

Community, please do the usual drill:
"git pull" from master, do "mvn -U clean install" at the base of the
project and do intense test on SNAPSHOT as much as possible. And
report any defect [1] that you come across. This would help us close
them before now and the actual release of 2.0-M2.

All going well, we should be able to spin Lift 2.0 Milestone 2 on 10
February.
