Dear all,

Recently, Hank Pellissier, a prominent progressive writer for Humanity Plus Magazine and World Future Society published an article “Israel’s Value to Transhumanism.”

http://www.hplusmagazine.com/articles/politics/israel’s-value-transhumanism

Hank is now writing a continuation article on the subject for World Future Society. Its unifying theme is the development of high technology in Israel, and the role of Israeli high-tech development and international distribution for the promotion of peace in our region.

Do share your thoughts and facts on the topic! It can have a considerable influence for the public image of Israel and the promotion of peace within the techno-progressive, transhumanist and futurist communities! (Hank has recently joined our list.)

Thanks.

Ilia.

Yes, if I frame it correctly I can simply publish it on the World Future Society website.  I have a column/blog there and I can just about publish whatever I want and then I can direct traffic towards it, although it is supposed to be on futurism.  There is an Israel, Tsvi Bisk, who is also part of the World Future Society and he publishes there often.  I just have to think of a futuristic-title -- like "Scenario for Peace: Israeli Agricultural Projects with Islamic Neighbors?"

this is rather a coincidence, but I used to know this professor --
Shimon Lavee -- who is an Israeli expert on Olive production

actually, I didn't know him well, I was dating his daughter whose name was Anat.
