I can't access licq.org (ssh works, but not http). Is it down or is it just me?

I restarted python and lighttpd, and it is up and running now.. just
going a bit slow. It is getting hammered by search engine crawlers
though. I need to make a robots.txt that limits how many queries they
can send.
