new sar preset

Hi!

Since there is no ability to add a new preset slot into sar.conf from
qt-gui, I suggest to add new void one. It is handy for those who'd like to
disable their auto-responses but lets them not to delete one of the
present slots.

Or is it better to add an ability to add/delete slots?
