Hi all,

Licq 1.3.5 release candidate 3 is now available. Please give it a good
testing. If no major regressions are discovered we'll release the
final version next week.

This is the final call for translators!

Get it from the usual place.

Changes since rc2:
 o Version is now set to 1.3.5.
 o Fixed some memory leaks.
 o Deactivated debug code for detecting deadlocks.
 o Fixed window stickiness.
 o Replaced the emoticon theme FeltTip3 with FeltTip4. FeltTip4 has
more icons and a more GPL friendly license.
 o Display a text string in the popup info if we're waiting for
contact authorization.
 o Fix to allow floaties for non-ICQ contacts.
 o Updated translations.

P.S. The directory layout in the svn tag has changed so that it is now
the same as in the tarball (e.g. plugins are located in the
licq/plugins/ directory).
