You can visit this group at https://groups.google.com/g/libsa/, read the topics, and join the discussion by becoming a member (free, no obligations, click the “Ask to join group” button. Membership is moderated to avoid spam.)

 You can choose to receive no emails, a weekly summary, or every email. If you setup “categories” under inbox in your gmail settings, all googlegroups emails will appear under “forums”, and not in your inbox.
