Good and Bad Governance: A rather good article

I found this article a rather pleasant read - granted it may be simply that after an abundance of unpleasantness over the last few days both in dealing with bad governance (and responses thereto) and reading troves of material may perception of pleasure may be skewed.

The table on the third page stands out particularly well to me. Moreover I suspect the discussions as to post socialist transformations will be of interest and the Hayek fans should be pleased.
