Is there a way to collect/access statistics about a queue that has no
online presence?

We just implemented two additional queues (documents on demand and
access services) for our system that do not have a chat widget. The
reference librarians forward relevant messages to their respective
queue if need be. From what I can see the monitor activity tab only
shows the initial queue and user that answered the chat. When I run
reports on the two new queues nothing shows up for either of them
there.

Am I missing something or is there no way to retrieve statistics about
transferred chats? If there isn't a way to get these statistics,
might I suggest implementing them some time down the road?

Thanks a bunch!
Matt

Hi Matt!

Currently, there is not an easy way for you (the local admin) to get
stats or locate transcripts where a transfer occurred. However, if
you send us the names of the queues you're interested in, we'll do our
best filter those out and send you a zip file of the transcripts. You
can send the queue names privately to sup...@libraryh3lp.com.

Background: This has, indeed, been on our features wish list. We're
currently working on a major overhaul to the admin site and we'll be
in better shape to implement this kind of thing once that's done.

All the best,

Pam
