New ProQuest interface

I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to add Libraryh3lp widget code
into the widget section of the new ProQuest admin section. Wondering
if anyone has experienced this problem/devised a solution?

We too have an open ticket with Proquest support about this. The tech
guy told me that before me, they had 3 other sites using libraryh3lp
with the same problem so hopefully they'll solve it for all of us. If
you don't already have a tech support ticket open with them, get one
so you get included in the solution.

that I don't find Proquest's tech support to be particularly timely
with this kind of thing (optional features issues) so it could be
literally months.

Thanks, all. I also have a ticket in with ProQuest.

When you all are following up, it's fine to say that someone from
Libraryh3lp is very willing to help troubleshoot this. My current
ticket number is [INC000000165675] and it's associated with email
address sup...@nubgames.com; it's been over a week since there was
activity on the ticket so it's great to know about the general speed
for these kinds of issues.

Hi all,

I've had success adding the a meebo widget.  So, you might want to do that until proquest responds and helps us get the libraryh3lp widget in.
