I'm having problems batch downloading transcripts and are wondering if I'm missing something. I'm trying to get our transcripts from July 1 2012 through today and am have encountered several problems
1. selecting a date range but only having the transcripts for a single day load in the activity page
2. Selecting a group of transcripts to download as a zip file but when I open the zip file with Archive Utility (the default on my mac) there doesn't appear to be a file to look at.

Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated!

thanks!

Hi Alex,

Hm, there is definitely an issue currently with selecting date ranges with pretty large amounts of data -- the request will time out in 30 seconds and this will return you to your previously-selected results (often one day).  The empty zip file problem is more mysterious.

Anyway, I am happy to get your transcripts for that date range downloaded for you from our side get it to you privately, if that's OK?  I'm pretty practiced at timing the queries most efficiently.  :)

Very best,
Pam

Hi Pam,
That would be wonderful, thank you! We're looking at July 1 2012 through the present and if you could send the file to my work email (alexandra...@cuc.claremont.edu) that would be great.
Many many thanks!
Alex
