Hi Ric,
Indeed, I think you're right. It looks like we busted our timezone support
on the EU server with some work we did over the weekend.
We try to detect the time zone from the computer's settings, and that can
be overridden via the admin site (Settings tab). If you look at that tab
right now, the time zone drop-down menu in the Settings tab won't show any
options.
We'll fix this up as soon as we can and report back here when it's better.
The good news is that your current and past chats will snap back to the
proper time zone once we fix the underlying bug.
