Can't transfer chats

Hi, we've had this problem since yesterday:

We use Pidgin to staff libraryh3lp, and can't get transfers to work anymore.  We click the link to bring up the management page, and the transcript and buttons load fine there.  But when we click on the Transfer button, nothing at all happens.  There's no list of users & queues to click on.  The way the button looks changes to reflect that it's been clicked on, but the list doesn't appear below it.  Any idea what might cause this?  I've tried it in multiple browsers.

Very sorry for the trouble and thanks for the report! Transfers should
be working again from Pidgin. Give it a try at your earliest
convenience and let us know if no joy?

Hi Chris,

Yes, sorry about this.  Transfers work in the webchat client currently, but not the chat management link used by external clients like Pidgin.  It's a side effect of a glitch we had earlier today.  We plan to fix it with a restart of a system component later tonight, when services are less active.
