Hi,

I've just been looking back at chats that have occured in the past couple
of days, and noticed that the timestamp seems to be wrong.

It looks like the timestamp is five hours behind when the chat actually
happened - which is about right for the time difference between the UK and
East Coast of the US. Is this a glitch, and will it affect the "Chats per
Hour" report?

I've looked back at chats from last month, too, and those have been shifted
by five hours as well... I thought the timestamp was correct UK time
previously, but maybe I'm wrong?

Cheers,

Ric (University of Southampton).
