xmpp vs. web?

Almost all of our incoming queries show as "web" under "protocol". We have a few though (3 total, all of them in the last two months) that show as "xmpp". What does this mean? I'd guess it means that someone is using a chat application rather than one of our widgets, but I don't think that's possible, is it? They would need to know our libraryh3lp identity...

Hi Jeff, good catch.

Those are indeed widget chats if they have the regular-looking guest
IDs. We have a little database cleanup to do to get those displaying
"web." Sorry for the confusion!

Ok, good to know. One other thing, there was a small problem with the CSV files I downloaded--they did not have an initial "header" word (e.g. "month"), so all the numbers displayed one month off in Excel. Easily fixed, but I don't think they used to need that fixing.
