Disappearing FAQ answers

Approximately two weeks ago, we copied and pasted a bunch of FAQ questions and answers into our LibraryH3lp FAQ module. Today the questions all still appear, but the answers have all disappeared.

 

I can believe that we might have messed up occasionally and forgotten to click "save" after entering some answers, but at the time that we were entering them, I logged in and out of the system multiple times and verified the accuracy of at least some of the answers after logging back in, so I know that at least some of the answers were saved correctly at that time. Now there are NONE. Is there some reason why all of our answers would suddenly be wiped out of the system?

 

We don't have a huge number of questions yet, so we can paste in the answers again without much difficulty, but first I want to be sure that we aren't going to lose them again.

Hi all,

Just a quick follow-up to note that Erin and I worked this out offline and
that everything is squared away. The short version is that we suspect
browser caching was to blame; the answers were still there.
