services designer still buggy?

I'm finding that if I put both text and image in the service tier 1 box, the text disappears. In addition, if I leave the current code snippet to look at one of the others, the Service Tier 1 box disappears completely; if I log out and log back in, the box is there again (although without any text I've entered). I asked about this several months ago and was advised to work around it by putting all text in the image... is that still necessary? Our CMS is much happier with these short code snippets.

Hi Jeff,

Alas, yes, I believe that is still an outstanding issue with the service designer and using a mix of text and images in the Code tab.  :(  So sorry -- other things have been interfering with patching that up.  But it's very much still on our short list.
