Beyond slowness

Hi,

 

I see on the Twitter feed that there is slowness. We were getting windows that looked like this

Now patron chats (from my testing) are not coming through at all.

Very sorry! We had to disable chat temporarily to work on correcting the problem. We are working to get things back up ASAP and we will post again to the Google Group when things are back to normal.
