Subject: Transcript e-mails/followups

Hi folks,

This is maybe a weird and somewhat overly specific request, but...

Is there any way to modify the "e-mail this transcript" and/or "tag for
followup" features to include a timestamp or something? I'm not sure about
the status of tagging (i almost never send or receive one) but we have a
big issue with transcripts that get e-mailed to our communal reference
e-mail account. Since we use Google Apps, and since the transcripts all
have the same subject, Google helpfully (it thinks) stacks them into a
single conversation for us. But the way our workflow works with our shared
account, it becomes very difficult to ensure that these e-mailed
transcripts are appropriately claimed and resolved if they're all stacked
into a single conversation. Anything to distinguish different e-mails from
each other in the subjects (such as timestamps) would suffice for this
purpose...

Just a thought! Thanks!

-dre.

Hi Dre,

Thanks for the idea!  I had not considered that.  We'll put this in our
features wish list for future programmer consideration.

Very best,
Pam
