Hi there!

Librarians can access the questions in the FAQ using the FAQ site URL or via the admin site FAQ Questions tab. There is currently no integration of the FAQ within the webchat client. Though we do have plans for integration in the future.

I’ve seen reference to the FAQ tab in the admin site here and in the help pages of the admin side. However, I do not see an FAQ tab in my admin site. Here’s what I see:

Hi Kirsten,

Indeed, FAQ editing is temporarily disabled. We'll be rolling out a revised way of doing that soon.  In the meantime, if you have super-urgent changes, mail them to our support account and we'll plug them in for you. All this paves the way for multiple FAQ sites within a LibraryH3lp domain and better control over editing permissions.
