Hi

I published a 150 page colour PDF called the RPG Handbook ~ Getting Started two weeks ago and about 800 copies have been grabbed already. It doesn't contain a game itself, but there is a free and very complete clone of a rather well known tabletop RPG already available from my site.

There are various inexpensive add-ons, but it's the numbers showing an interest in the free content that has been kind of surprising. (I've shifted 800 copies of free tabletop stuff before, but over a year). So, if you are or know a teacher, librarian or youth worker who might be interested a full RPG 'kit' is available via DriveThruRPG or Sellfy. I'll link to my site where the front page has the handbook and game links - plus one or two other offers like a free artpack. Lots of screenshots of the content are further down the page.

Basically, a school or a library can help themselves to as many copies of a typical, rules light to medium RPG and a guide to running play and recruiting. Equally, visitors/ clients can be directed to the downloads and receive the free content on to their own devices. The shorter, consistently free RPG Renegade is possibly of more value than the chunkier version, as the content has been adapted to make it more family-friendly/ targeted at kids than most current RPG content.
