UK Public Libraries on this List?

Are there (m)any UK public library members of this list?
More specifically is there anybody out there that would like to share
their experiences around corporate IT policies, licensing issues and
the like? I'm particularly interested in using existing PC suites to
host LAN parties and also maybe hooking up a Wii to one of our data
projectors.
Sorry to be so parochial. I'm really jealous of all the Americans on
this list who seem to have really enlightened or at least permissive
library authorities allowing you to do all that good work.
