3.2 Released

I've just released 3.2 - this is a bugfix release addressing the issue
discussed here the last few days (cloning matchers doesn't always
work).

The whitespace-sensitive parsing ("offside rule") is coming along
nicely - that should also be out before the end of the month.

After that I hope to return to the binary parser, as I got some useful
feedback on how to improve that.
