I started to use leksah but I run into following obstacle:
when I do some changes in my files, leksah can't save them after some
time. In terminal I can see output:
MyFile.hs : openBinaryFile: resource busy (file is locked)
After that I have to restart leksah and it seems ok for a while.

OS: Linux64
Leksah: 0.12.0.3
GHC: 7.4.1

Just to confirm I also have the same issue - it seems to occur more often after jumping to errors in files highlighted by ghc/ghci during a build from the log window.

This only started happening a few days ago on a previously working version of Leksah 0.12.1.0 so it maybe related to an underlying OS update. I'm running Fedora 17 x64 with the latest HP and GHC 7.4.1 and cabal built versions of Leksah 0.12.1.0 and 0.12.1.2.

Thanks.

Just wanted to add I managed to resolve this by disabling "Automatic save all files before building" and "Select first warning if built without errors" within the Prefs->Build.

I think the issue is some kind of race condition that results in leksah failing to release the file handles after saving prior to a build. On Linux if you look within /proc/<leksah pid>/fd/ you can see the open file handles and these are the files that you can't save when the bug occurs.

Thanks.

Is anybody run into the same problem under 0.13 leksah? I still use 0.12 and it is really piss me off.

I believe it is fixed.

This is the commit that should have fixed it...

Thanks for answer.

I will update leksah-server and check it out.

Thanks a lot!
