erratic move on the editor screen

hi Gentlemen

I have my mouse generating sudden move of the editor screen. big ones.

the cursor is still in place, as when I use the keyboards arrows I got back where I was ( roughly)

is it known ?

Mac 10,8 , Lesah 0,13,1, ghc 7,4,2
