This version includes the new http://code.google.com/p/legstar-cob2xsd/
project, for COBOL to XML schema translation, which replaces the
legstar-schemagen module.
The main reason for this large effort was to remove the only module
written in C. LegStar is now 100% java (apart from the z/OS code).
Since this is a rather big change, you will want to be cautious when
migrating, although I don't know of any backward compatibility issues
so far.
Please try the new version as soon as you can so we can fix issues as
soon as possible.
