The LegstarHttpConnector is just a thin layer on top of the standard Mule HttpConnector.

What you are trying to accomplish seems possible but it is hard to tell if it's going to work without actually trying it.

I have no time at the moment unfortunately, so please let us know your findings.

I am using the http:endpoint without a problem so far.

I will test the https:endpoint as soon as SSL have been activated on the mainframe side.
