Hello Everyone...

I am ordering myself a couple of Nanode's, Does anyone want me to order any for them? I will order them in the next couple of days, so let me know and then sort the cash out next Tuesday.

Cheers

Morgan,

I might be interested - classic is the 'standard', right? (£25?)
(not sure if I need the programming lead, or to get the "expensive
alternative"...)

...or have you ordered already?

Hi Neil. I haven't got round to ordering yet, but I am planning to do by end of today (Sat).
I believe you will have to get a programming lead.

If you don't reply I will get be getting...

2x Nanode RF (for myself)
1x Nanode Classic (for James)
1x Programing Lead (for myself)

Anyone else, just let me know...

Cheers

Morgan,

Please add an RF one to the order for me?
I don't believe they do regular "full" programming leads, just the
nanode-specific?
I'll probably aim for a general one, as I'm not sure whether the
nanode-specific one is usable with arduino?

Thanks,

Fell at the third hurdle...

The 3rd step highlights that the board should have a MAC chip already soldered on, of which ours hasn't. I have just emailed them, as it suggested if they were missing.

I will crack on regardless and install them once they arrive. Just means I won't be powering it up today... :(

Cheers, Morgan

You can still use it without, you just have to set the MAC address manually.

Normally you'd pull the MAC address from the chip and use that to set the MAC when setting up the ethernet.
