We (WROCC) have booked you down for two six foot tables at Ceder Court M1 for all your stuff that you wish to demonstrate and up to four people from Hackspace. there is WiFi, power etc, also you have been booked in for a slot in the theater in the next room to explain to an audience what you do or want to do.
If you drive anti clockwise to the back of the hotel you will see us all helping to unload other exhibitors and take it to the second floor it will all be signposted, the show starts at 10.30am and we have to be out by 4.30pm.
There is a chance that Liz and Eben Upton might make a visit as well (we have been told not to charge them the £5 enterance fee when they turn up) .
