Had a good second viewing; the landlord is not only a gent but keeps a laser-measure in the car.

Don't have time to write-up the floorplan properly and rather than withholding it until I do, you can put up with an awful photo of a badly hand-drawn plan.

Things to note: the dimensions are in meters and are correct; the shapes/sizes drawn are not to be trusted. Also, those things are pillars in the space ;)

Other people will be pleased to k ow the roof is 3.9m high :-)

Just to clear up the dimensions, the "back wall" is 14.1m and the side wall is 14.3m (9.9 + 4.4)

So we have space of 201.63m^2 or (and I much prefer the sound of this) approx 2170'^2!

Looking at the dimensions, including the toilet etc isn't it 16.8 (14.1+2.7) * 14.3 (9.9+4.4) which would be about 2.5k sq ft (when you take off a bit for the wall, pillars etc.

Ahh cool, yeah I haven't been hanging around IRC much lately.

I got about as far as cvanvliet (but with square pillars ;) ) on the plans so I'm glad Nav's gone and done a nice blend.
