Publishing Error 500

Hello,

 

Question for Jim or anyone.  I am attempting to publish to the sandbox and I am getting the following error on all my attempts – “Error: 500 Internal Server Error”.  The attach file is the test envelope that was being used.  From a glance, although sparse, appears to be correct in form.  Can anyone enlighten me on reason for the “500 Internal Server” error.

Herb,

It looks like the error isn't propagating correctly.  The real error is 401 Unauthorized.

Have you recreated an account at https://sandbox.learningregistry.org/auth?  We had to delete all existing accounts when migrating to the new authorization solution.

The new solution uses Mozilla Persona for email validation only!  Just click sign in, if you don't have a Persona account already it will allow you to create one at that time.  You will receive an email with a link to confirm you are a real email address… and then you should be able to login and set a basic auth publishing password.
