Greetings,

In an effort to track down some issues with publishing on sandbox, I've purged existing records and rebuilt the config and relaunched.

Sandbox now appears to be behaving; It seems there must have been some dependency that was incorrectly installed as the rebuilding the virtualenv and reconfig seems to have resolved issues that were discovered and reported.

Please let us know if you run into any additional issues.
