Description: LEAP is an student organization at Lafayette College that aims to promote environmental responsibility on campus and abroad. Our activities include recycling advocacy, peer education on environmental issues, volunteering for enviromental causes, and appreciation of nature through outdoor activities.
 

Keeping the Flame Alive 
  Leapers - 20 years ago last week, on November 8, 1989 LEAP was officially launched when 10% of the student body came to LEAP's first meeting at Pardee 102. We packed the joint with about 250 students. It was amazing! The attached letter was sent the following week to President Ellis.... more »

  Hello LEAPers! Reminders: TONIGHT : Speaker Majora Carter at 7:30PM in Oeschle 224. Please come!! FRIDAY: Sustainability Conference at Northampton Community College (for more info, send me an email) AND Majora Carter open forum for students: At 9-10am in the Wilson room of the Pfennig Alumni Center, there will be a forum for students only with Majora Carter as a follow up to her "Green the Ghetto" talk tomorrow night.
