Lehigh Valley Careers with a SOCIAL IMPACT

You read the nice statements on organization websites detailing their sustainability practices. Do organizations really practice what they preach? Have you made an effort to recycle materials, conserve electricity or save water? Are you curious about how to find an organization after college that shares your passion of sustainability efforts?

The Lehigh Valley Careers with a Social Impact: Public. Private. Non-profit. event has been designed to help you learn about careers paths and opportunities from organizations that embrace responsibility for the social and environmental impact of their actions.

Industry leaders will make presentations about their organizations and the opportunities to pursue sustainable careers. You will have the opportunity to participate in a question-and-answer session.

Panelists represent the following employers:

• PP&L

• Olympus

• East Penn Manufacturing

• Suburban Water Testing Labs

• ADP

7:15-8:30 pm Information Fair

Employer representatives will be present to share information about their organizations and to talk about possible current and future internship and full-time career options. Bring your resume!

All majors and class years are welcome! This is not just for environmental science majors!

Opportunity to win great raffle prizes! Free food!

Are you a member of a student club or organization? Student clubs or organizations will receive $10 for each member (up to 10 students) who attends. You could raise up to $100 for your club or organization just by attending this program! Designate your club/organization name on the sign-in sheet when you arrive at the program.

Need a ride or can you offer a ride? Come to Career Services (201 Hogg Hall) for more information.
