Since one hour ago, I get an email that the PDF publishing of my book is
giving errors. This is the text:

We found the following errors:

    We found the following problems with your images:

- The image images/chapter9/lean-visualisation-before-elimination.jpg has a really low resolution. We have fixed it for you. You don't need to take any action. This image is used in these files: chapter9.txt

- The image images/chapter2/decopd-to-case-study-1.jpg is too wide to fit on your page. We have made it a bit narrower for you. You don't need to take any action. This image is used in these file: chapter2.txt, chapter7.txt, and chapter7.txt

- The image images/case-study/waterfall-phases.jpeg is too wide to fit on your page. We have made it a bit narrower for you. You don't need to take any action. This image is used in these file: case-study.txt

I've always known that Leanpub would adjust images automatically. Has
anything changed?

Hi again Marco,

If you look in chapter10.txt, you'll see a link that looks like this:

... [\[#poppendieck-001\]](##poppendieck-001).

That extra pound sign is causing a problem which is blowing up our
generator while it's making the epub file. If you take that out, things
will start working again.

That will get you up and running while I figure out how to make it so that
this does not blow us up.
