Leadership Village is a unique vision which was built by a handful

 

of children and two village children. Like every great things in the world,

 

people recognise  some thing Big only when it is visible for the common man

 

to see, touch and feel.We live in a world filled with ordinary people who think they are

 

 ordinary so they never dare to be extra ordinary, even though just like every one ,

 

they too have the inbuilt mechanism. In the villages we react, we feel the need for action

 

 and we do it , because things are action oriented. But most actions starts from the

 

hand and ends with the mouth. Same old action, same old passion.

 

So two village trainers thought , this is not enough. A good friend of them told them, lets do

 

something, and they did a very small thing. But now they realise that small

 

thing is in fact the big thing. They also realised ,

 

rivers flow to the ocean, and the ocean never flows to the river.They thought they

 

were dirt and dust of a polished world. So they lived so.They were in search of something ,

 

didnt know they possessed it and realised it only when the world started to flow towards

 

their shore.It is easy to hurt them, as one of the leadcappers always ridicule them , you talk Big ,

 

but you don't Do big. Now they realised the small things they were doing were indeed the

 

Big things the Big people couldn't do. So they decided let the villages rule the world.

 

Tey took another decision, to stop everythng , and live for the villages. Trey know now that small people are

 

 the salt of the earth and its high time icebergs have to melt and flow towards the ocean.
