How often do you say, "Let's talk about it" when a conflict occurs
or a challenging problem needs to be solved?

How often does your talk turn into a debate or a one-sided
monologue?

Great leaders know, in a true dialogue, everyone involved must be
willing to learn what they don't already know, hear what they've
never before listened to and think from the perspective of the
person who disagrees.
