Sandee, thanks for the interest.  I have an RA who has been working on a version for Windows Phone.  If you know how to install from an .xap file, you can load the experimental (alpha) version from http://scriptures.byu.edu/wpsci.  Do you know which version of Windows Phone operating system you have?  Is it 7.0 or 7.5?

Best,

We have a WP8 version now. You can download it from scriptures.byu.edu/wpsci or from the Microsoft marketplace.

So tragic that not only the iOS ones, but the small-market WP version is so much further along than the Android Abandonware.  5 years plus since the last major release on the largest mobile platform.

It's too bad that it never had the feature to download all the content, as it now has many more bugs as it loads newer web content in the WebViews.

Only complaining because I have offered to help out in the past.

I hear you. I have a smart phone mostly for purposes of reading scriptures. I chose to buy a WP over Android mainly because I knew this app worked better there. I didn't want to get an iOS device.

If I recall correctly, the Android version was built to work in tandem with the Gospel Library App, but then Gospel Library broke the API/linked functionality...necessitating an overhaul of the Android version. I think these apps are always free, which makes support a bit slower. I'm not surprised support is more difficult on android, especially with so many types of devices (sizes, etc.) to support.

Also, extensive development has been going into the online versions. I, myself, have been researching a recommendation system for the site.
