Allow Topical Index to be launched Externally

Hi Dr. Liddle,

I was wondering when you do your next update if you could make a minor
modification.

If it's possible to alter the AndroidMainfest to allow the
TopicsGridActivity to be launched externally (it's private now).

When I have free time, I often like to browse the A-Z index, if I
could make a link on my homescreen that went directly there, that
would be great.

I noticed the other day that the database is missing conference addresses between the end of the Journal of Discourses and about 1943. Is that right? Is anything being done to fix that?

We don't have an electronic copy of talks prior to 1942. We decided
not to index materials for which we can't publish a clean source.
We've put a lot of effort into cleaning the J of D and Improvement Era
sources. We think they're the most accurate electronic versions you'll
find.

I suggest you talk to Mark Davies in BYU's linguistics department, who has created a corpus that includes the materials you are missing (see http://corpus.byu.edu/gc/ ).
