Proper profiling of LDC binaries

Hi,

I'm writing a messaging kernel using D and LDC and I was wondering
what the procedure was to profile my kernel performance (except
installing a separate gdc/tango environment and profiling over there).

I hope there is some way. I saw something about LLVM-based profiling
but it was vague.
